International Shipping Policy:

Neurobiologix is not responsible for any shipments once they leave the United States. All international shipments not received internationally will be at the loss of the customer. Neurobiologix will provide package tracking to the customer via email.

We advise our international customers to use or a 3rd party shipping service to service our international customers shipping needs if they are concerned about entry in to their country.

You will receive an email with your tracking details when you order is shipped.

You must contact us within 14 business days from when your order was placed if there is a shipping issue or you did not receive your package. After 14 business days the shipping of that item is closed and will not be reopened.
