When Will My Neurbiologix Order Ship?
All provider and wholesale orders placed before 1pm CST will receive same day shipping via Unites States Postal Service or UPS ground which is received typically within 2-5 business days but does not guarantee a day of delivery.
If you order is placed after 1pm CST then it WILL NOT ship until the following business day. If you would like to request overnight or 2 day shipping, an additional fee will be placed with your order. Please contact customer service at (866)500-5388 Ext 2 to obtain additional shipping fees and place a request for your order.

All private label orders will ship within 3-5 business days.

International Shipping Policy:
Neurobiologix is not responsible for any shipments once they leave the United States. All international shipments not received internationally will be at the loss of the customer. Neurobiologix will provide package tracking to the customer via email.
We advise our international customers to use www.usgobuy.com or a 3rd party shipping service to service our international customers shipping needs if they are concerned about entry in to their country.
